We market the rental of Morewood on VRBO but like to offer returning guests or their friends and family an opportunity to rent directly with us for a discounted price by eliminating the processing fees charged by VRBO. You can access The VRBO site shown below to check availability on the calendar and VRBO price. But contact me directly to arrange a direct rental at a lower price and easier coordination with direct emails.
Schedule and Pricing
Use Morewood’s VRBO web site to see over 30 photos, the calendar, and pricing to decide on your trip details. Contact me for a 10% discount by eliminating the VRBO processing fees for returning guests, friends/family of those guests or first time visitors to this website. Using Google Pay or Zelle or check pay down payment of 10% of the rental cost due when the rental dates are blocked and the balance due is 30 days before the arrival date. The contract can be cancelled anytime up to 30 days before arrival with full refund. A full refund will be made in the final 30 day period for emergencies or illnesses.
